PlaceCard / Nuke Gizmo

This is a Nuke Gizmo that allows you to take an Image and project it on a Card that sits in 3D Space.

It can be used to generate Mattes for Color Corrections, overlay Textures onto your CG Renders or mimic Volumetric Effects.

Just copy / paste the content of the Gizmo in your Nuke script.

The Gizmo takes as inputs an image with a Depth AOV, a Camera and an Image to project.

Adjust the CardXY control to decide where in Depth you'd like the Card to be and press the Sample Distance button.

For example these Puffs of Smoke that appear to sit in proper 3D Space..

..are actually just 3D Cards.

When we switch to the 3D Viewer we can see them co-exist with our Assets.

They are actually just a Bezier mixed with a Ramp and a 2D Noise.

The ZMerge CheckBox can be used to ZMerge the Card and receive correct Cutouts.
